How does the club work?
You choose a package and pay the same amount every month. We keep a record of every payment, and in December 2026 you receive groceries worth everything you saved. Your December basket is worth exactly what you saved. Groceries are priced at the day's supplier prices and you receive a full itemised list before collection.
How do I pay?
Pay online with EcoCash or a bank card through Paynow, or bring cash to our office. Every payment gets a receipt on WhatsApp and by email, and your balance updates in the app.
What if I miss a month?
Missed a month? No penalty. You can catch up any time before the final payment date, and your basket will always match what you have paid in.
When is my basket ready?
Itemised basket lists are prepared from 15 Nov 2026, and baskets are handed out in December 2026. The last day to pay for this year is 30 Nov 2026.
Can I leave before December?
You can leave the club before December with notice. Your savings are returned less the early withdrawal fee. The early withdrawal fee is 10%.
Do I get anything for inviting friends?
Yes. Share your invite code from the app. When a friend joins and starts paying, $5.00 is added to your basket.
